Milos Radovic is Head of Marketing Technology & Automation at Swisscom B2B. He shapes the future of digital marketing by combining technology, creativity, and business impact. His work focuses on AI-driven marketing, automation, and digital innovation – from strategy to scalable implementation.

Previously, Milos led Swisscom’s B2B marketing strategy and digital transformation initiatives. He also held senior roles at Migros and the digital agency Namics, where he specialized in digital solutions, mobile business, and nearshoring.

He teaches at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences (HSLU), and other institutions, sharing practical insights on marketing, digital business development, and customer experience.
